Registration Information

Full Conference Registration

Full conference registration includes access to: 

  • All education sessions, including poster sessions, general sessions, and keynotes
  • ACA Opening Night Reception
  • Expo Hall 
  • ACA and Division Meetings
  • ACA and Division Social and Networking Events
  • Lunch on Friday, March 12, and Saturday, March 13

Group Registrations

For group registrations, please contact Member Services at 800-298-2276, M-F, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM ET. All registrations must be processed and paid for by credit card at the same time. Membership verification is required to assign the appropriate registration fees.

Learning Institutes

Held before the conference officially begins on Thursday, March 11, Learning Institutes offer attendees meaningful discussion and an introduction to some of the most pressing topics and issues in the counseling profession. Learning Institutes are optional add-on sessions and are not required as part of conference registration. Additional fees apply, space is limited, and advance registration is required. Attendees may register for only one Learning Institute. Select your session during registration or log in to your attendee profile to make your selection. Attendees who participate in the full Learning Institute will earn 4 CE hours.

Accessibility

Cancellation and Refund Policies

All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made by Thursday, March 4, 2027. You will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee ($50 for Student/New Professional/Retired categories). No refunds will be granted after Thursday, March 4, 2027. Refunds will not be issued for no-shows.

Policy on Minors at the ACA Conference & Expo

ACA allows minor children to join us in the Expo Hall during Conference. For the safety of all — adults and minors — attendees bringing children into the Expo Hall will be required to sign a liability waiver and obtain a badge before minors are allowed entry and minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Waivers will be available at the Registration desk onsite. Childcare services will not be provided by ACA. 

Guest Policy

Guests are not permitted at the Conference & Expo. All conference attendees will pay the full registration fee. 

Consent to Use of Photographic Images

Registration and attendance at, or participation in, ACA conferences, meetings, and events constitutes an agreement by the registrant to ACA for use and distribution, now and in the future, of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audio of such events and activities to illustrate and promote the ACA experience and products. 

By attending this event, you acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation of any kind for the use of your image or voice and hereby release ACA and/or its agents from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.
